‣ Responsibilities and Requirements

• ‣ Collaborate with executives to strategize, plan, and implement various long-term sales strategies (promotions, payment plans, quotas, etc.)
• ‣ Lead the sales team to collaborate with the marketing team to strategize, plan and help implement various marketing campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
• ‣ Continuous growth, development, and mentorship of Sales Team members qualitatively (motivation, career growth, etc.) and quantitatively (number of sales people recruited, sales generated, etc.)
• ‣ Monitors the Sales Report and Performance of each Sales team members
• ‣ Lead the in-house sales team to maintain a good pool of outside brokers and agents
• ‣ Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
